Speaker Handout Specifications

1" left margin, title page, pages numbered, not to exceed a TOTAL of 14 pages (7 double-sided sheets).

All handouts must be received by Friday, March 7, 2008 for inclusion in Annual Meeting Program notebooks.

Any speakers not meeting the 3/7/08 deadline will be responsible for the printing and cost of providing own handouts to session attendees. To ease in handout distribution at the meeting, please staple each set of your handouts you bring to the meeting.

Session counts for handout quantity will be posted beginning March 17, 2008.
