9:00 AM -  6:00 PM		Ohio HIMSS Advocacy Day Two Ohio Chapters of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) have joined forces to bring the issue of healthcare information technology to the forefront of the political discussion.

OHIMA is a participating sponsor and will have a booth at this event. Join your fellow Ohioans in this event organized by the CSOHIMSS and NOHIMSS chapters as we take our issues to the Ohio State Government.

June 21, 2008 RHIT Review Seminar A one-day seminar designed to strengthen and reinforce competencies needed to become an RHIT and better prepare you for the RHIT Certification Exam. It will focus on RHIT role competencies covering content related to Healthcare Data Management, Legal Issues, Quality Management, Health Statistics, Coding, and Information Technology & Systems. Tips and practical suggestions on how best to prepare for the RHIT Certification Exam will also be provided.
