Dr. Weigand, an OHIMA coding session favorite because of his entertaining and informative presentations, will present an in-depth look at Peripheral Vascular disease. He will discuss the diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and care of PVD patients.
In an attempt to reduce consumption and waste, a CD of speaker handouts and online access will be provided instead of printed handouts.
All pre-registrants will have advance access to the seminar handouts. An email notice will be sent to all registrants on Monday, 10/18 providing instructions on how to access, download and print the seminar handouts. Seminar handouts will not be available onsite. This program meets the AHIMA CE Guidelines for 6.0 hours of continuing education in the HIM Domain of Management Development.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEES (after 10/15, fees increase $15)
$125 for OHIMA Members (Current active AHIMA members residing in or choosing Ohio as state association).
$150 for Non-OHIMA Members
$ 35 for OHIMA Student/Senior Members* (Current student/senior AHIMA members residing in or choosing Ohio as state association - see below for further student definition).
$ 35 for active DQCRC Members (Active DQRC members identified as eligible by DQCRC Chairperson). VIEW policy stipulating who qualifies for this discount.
* DEFINITION OF STUDENT MEMBER: Students who do not have an AHIMA credential and have not previously been Active members of AHIMA and have chosen Ohio as state association. Must also meet at least one of two educational criteria:
1. currently enrolled in an accredited CAHIIM HIM program
2. currently enrolled in an approved AHIMA medical coding program
Note that 'New Graduate Members' do not qualify for the student rate.
To qualify for the reduced senior rate, you must be an active senior AHIMA member (65 or older) residing in or choosing Ohio as your state association.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Register by
Friday, 10/15/10 to receive the Early Bird discount. Fees increase $15 as of 10/16/10. If paying by check, registration and payment must be postmarked and mailed no later than 10/13. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted through Wednesday, 10/20. Onsite registrations will be accepted but will incur an additional $15 fee. Credit card payments will be not be accepted onsite - only cash or check.

Whether paying by credit card or check, please register and complete the online registration form. If paying by check, when you complete the online registration you will be given the option to select 'pay by check.' You will then be instructed to mail registration confirmation and check to OHIMA.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration fees will be refunded (less a $20 processing fee) if notice is received by Friday, October 15, 2010. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after this date. Substitutions of registrants is permitted, please contact OHIMA with your name and the name, employer, and title of your substitute.
