I am trying to purchase an online course and it asks for my username and password. How do I get this? You must be a registered user before you can purchase courses. After you complete the one-time TCE Registration Form, use your registered User Name and Password to purchase courses.
After signing into my course, it takes me to the final test. How do I view the course material? A table with instructions precedes each final quiz. To access course contents, click on the link in the 4th row of table: Access CE Reference Material. A new window will open with the course material. View course material by clicking on the course links in the left directory. When you close the course material window, you will return to the final test page.

Can I take the same course more than once? No, you can only take each course once because the answers to the final quiz are displayed immediately upon submission. You may print out any of the course materials for reference, but once you submit the final quiz you will no longer be able to access the course.
How do I know if I passed the course? After you submit your final test, your score will be displayed at the bottom of the page after the answers. If you obtained a score of 70% or higher, you passed the course. A link to your CE certificate will be displayed and you will also receive a confirmation email with link to your CE certificate.
Is my credit card information secure? Yes. All orders are processed over a secure server. Your information is encrypted while in transit and cannot be seen by any unauthorized third party.
How long will the courses be available online? All courses will be available online a minimum of two years from the course 'go live' date.
Courses are periodically reviewed and updated. If there are plans to discontinue a course, notice will be posted in the course description at least six months prior to removing the course.
How long after I register for a course can I access course material? Until you take the final self-assessment test, you can access the course as many times as you'd like using your registered username and password.
If I have a promo code, where do I enter it to get the discount? Enter the Promo Code at checkout when you are purchasing your course(s). VIEW where to find promo code field. The reduced price will appear after you hit 'CONTINUE' at the bottom of the page. Note that all promo codes are case sensitive. If the promo code is entered correctly, the discounted course price will display in the CE Registration Summary before you complete your registration.
Is there a way to check which courses I have taken? After signing in, under the "Purchase Courses" button you can check which courses you've taken by clicking on the "Check Your TCE History" button.
What is the refund policy for OHIMA online courses? After purchasing an online course, you will be granted access to the online course materials for a period of at least six months from the date of purchase. There are no refunds to any online course once you have had access to the material.
