In honor of our 30th anniversary, if you register for 2 or more days of the 2010 OHIMA Annual Meeting, you will be automatically entered into a raffle drawing to receive free OHIMA Annual Meeting Registration for the Next 30 Years - a value of over $8,500!

How can I be entered into the drawing?
If you pre-register for 2 or 3 days of the meeting, you are automatically entered into the drawing. All registrations AND payment must be RECEIVED by OHIMA no later than FRIDAY, MARCH 19th to be entered into the drawing.

When will the drawing take place?
We will conduct the drawing prior to the opening session of the meeting at 9am on Monday, March 22, 2010.

Do I need to be present to win?
No, you do not need to be present to win. You will be contacted via the information provided on your Annual Meeting registration form of your prize.

Does the free registration include all days of the meeting?
Yes, if you win you will not have to pay to attend an OHIMA Annual Meeting for the next 30 years!

I'm a student, am I eligible to win?
Yes, all meeting registrants including students and non-members are eligible as long as you register for at least 2 days of the meeting.

If I win, how will I register for the meetings in the future?
You will be sent an electronic certificate to keep and submit with your registration in lieu of payment. If you misplace this information, just notify the OHIMA Central Office - your information will be kept on file.

If I win but am unable to attend some future meetings or plan to retire soon, may I send someone in my place?
No, the prize is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by you as the winner.

What if my name changes sometime within the next 30 years?
Simply notify the OHIMA Central Office with proof and we will reference your name change and issue a new certificate.

If I win, do I get still get CEUs for attending the meeting even though I don't pay?
Yes, you will receive CEUs for the sessions you attend.

I'm an OHIMA Board member. Do I still qualify to be entered into the raffle?
Yes, provided you register for at least 2 days of the meeting.

What are the odds of winning?
Based on previous years statistics, your odds of winning are approximately 1:315.
