2010 Annual Meeting - Registration Options



Pre-Registration No Longer Available - Only Onsite Registrations Accepted.

2 Ways to Register:

    Any credit card purchases through OHIMA will appear as TELUSYS on your credit card statement.

Register by MAIL with check or money order.
    Print out the REGISTRATION FORM and mail registration(s) with payment to:

    Worthington, OH 43085-0824

    Registrations MUST be accompanied with payment. Forms received without payment will not be processed. All registrations/payment must be RECEIVED by OHIMA no later than FRIDAY, MARCH 19th to be processed prior to the meeting. Checks should be made payable to OHIMA (TIN: 31-0918571). Purchase orders are not accepted. Registrations are accepted onsite but an addition $15 applies to the total fee.


    You must provide a valid email address on your registration form to access the speaker materials online. OHIMA never releases member email addresses.

Cancellation Policy
Registration fees will be refunded less a $25 processing fee if notice is received by Monday, March 8, 2010. Cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund, but substitutions are permitted - contact OHIMA.
