Board Meeting

January, 26 2006

Executive Board Members: Pam Greenstone, Past President, Carrie Newport-Secretary,  Sherri Mallett, Cincinnati State liaison, Theresa Hooker and Glenda Denson- co-President-Elects, and Candy Grannis, Director, Networking met.  The following topics were discussed:

• Discussed where we can have a permanent meeting location. Cincinnati State may be available for Thursday night meetings but not for the Spring Workshop.
• Discussed possibility of having meetings held over a conference call or an online web cast. We will follow-up on other avenues if meeting locations continue to be difficult to find.
• Membership dues may change if the format of meetings changes.
• Meeting adjourned.
