Board Meeting
Executive Board Members: Carla Nadeja-President, Susan Schehr-Past
President, Pamela Greenstone-President Elect, Carrie Newport-Secretary, June
Bronnert-Treasurer, Gail Smith-Cincinnati State Liaison met to discuss the
upcoming educational meetings. The
following topics were discussed:

GCHIMA offered a total of 5 separate educational opportunities,
totaling 15 CEU’s at a cost f $2.43 per CEU this past 2003-2004 year.
·
GCHIMA purchased AHIMA memberships for Cincinnati State HIM
students.
·
Meetings will be held on Sept. 23rd, Nov. 18th,
March 19th, and May 19th from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
·
Decided that meetings will now be held at the Drake Center except
for the November meeting, which will be decided at a later date due to room
unavailability at Drake.
·
The September 23rd meeting will have an E HIM theme,
“Grab our Domain”.
·
Carrie will write a questionnaire for members to tell us what
topics they are interested in learning about.
·
Possible topics for upcoming meetings were discussed.
·
