The AHIMA Foundation offers merit scholarships to outstanding undergraduate students pursuing degrees in health information administration and health information technology. Scholarships are also available to credentialed health information management professionals pursuing graduate degrees in an area related to HIM practice.
The 2011 merit scholarship application is now available with the deadline of September 30, 2011. Click here to go to the Foundation website for more information about scholarship eligibility and the online application process.
