Exhibitor Information - What is included with my booth fees?

Booth Fees:

before 12/15/20:
 Standard: $650.00
 Premium (corner): $675.00

after 12/15/20:
 Standard: $675.00
 Premium (corner): $700.00

Through July 31st, you may reserve your booth space with a $100 deposit!  Outstanding balances must be paid by October 15th to complete your registration and secure booth selections. An invoice for the payment will be sent in September.  After July 31st, full payment is required to secure a booth.

Booth sizes:

 Inside the Exhibit Hall: 8' x 10'
 Hallway booths: 6' x 10'

Included with fees above:

 A 7" x 44" company identification sign

 All booths include back and side drapes, a 6-foot skirted table, 2 chairs, and a wastebasket 

 FREE Wi-Fi in all Exhibit areas and session rooms

 Continental breakfast each morning of the show

 Boxed lunches and beverages for two representatives per booth on Monday and Tuesday (if pre-ordered)

 Food and beverages at afternoon receptions - a wonderful opportunity to connect with attendees in a relaxed, social setting!

 Evening perimeter security (on Monday evening)

 Free parking and easy access to the first-floor location of the Exhibit Hall

 Electronic database of pre-show registrants sent two weeks prior to the show to assist with marketing

 Finalized post-show registrant list sent within one week of the conference to assist with one-time follow-up

 Company listing of participation in our program brochure (for those who contract by 12-15-20)

 Your products and services listed in the online Exhibitor Directory on the OHIMA website

 Your products and services listed in our new mobile event app
