OHIMA 2022 Trade Show - BOOTH RESERVATIONS

OHIMA hosts the largest state HIM show in the country year after year - averaging 900 HIM professionals at the Annual Meeting & Trade Show!  Due to COVID, OHIMA21 went virtual and had MORE attendees than ever before - 1200 HIM professionals from across the nation! OHIMA show attendees are looking for solutions in areas such as coding products, services, and software, electronic health records, revenue cycle management, document management, privacy solutions, imaging ... just to name a few! 

The OHIMA 2022 Annual Meeting & Trade Show is scheduled to take place on
March 21-23, 2022 in Columbus, Ohio. At this time, decisions have not been made regarding format (virtual, in-person, or hybrid). Therefore, OHIMA is offering the option to make a fully refundable booth deposit as we navigate COVID and format decisions. Refunds can be requested through October 31, 2021Watch the OHIMA website for additional details about the 2022 Annual Meeting & Trade Show in Summer 2021. 

Through April 31st, exhibitors may reserve the booth space they had booked at the OHIMA 2020 Annual Meeting. VIEW the 2020 floorplan. If you did not have a booth at OHIMA20, simply choose an empty booth space OR select the option to pick a booth later during checkout. Starting May 1st, all unreserved booth spaces will be opened and booth selected will be first-come, first-served. Once format decisions are made, invoices for full booth payment will be sent in September 2021. Outstanding balances must be paid by October 31, 2021 to complete your registration and secure booth selections. After October 31st, full payment is required to secure a booth.

View the 2020 Exhibit Hall floor plan and choose your desired booth(s) - remember that 2020 exhibitors have "first dibs" on their current booth! Please note that the booths with company names are not available, only those booth numbers identified in red are open.

Complete the Online Booth Reservation Form indicating your booth preferences. Payment can be submitted via credit card within the form. If your company will be sending a check, please select the Offline Payment option to receive an invoice.

You will receive a confirmation email from OHIMA within 2 business days that your booth reservation has been received. Watch for email communication later in the year regarding further details about the conference.
