The deadline for booth deposits has passed, purchase your booth in full HERE.

The OHIMA 2024 Annual Meeting & Trade Show is scheduled to take place from March 18-20, 2024 in Columbus, Ohio at the Hilton Easton! Reserve your booth for the OHIMA 2024 Trade Show with a $100 deposit. Deposits are accepted through August 15, 2023.

Currently, all unreserved booth spaces are open and can be selected and will be first-come, first-served. Invoices for full booth payment will be sent in September 2023. Outstanding balances must be paid by October 15, 2023 to complete your registration and secure booth selections. After August 15th, full payment is required to secure a booth.

*The attendee list for OHIMA24 is included as part of your booth purchase. OHIMA will send pre- and post-show attendee lists. You do not need to purchase this list separately.
**Please go through the OHIMA website and/or our official email communication for OHIMA24 hotel reservations, drayage, etc.

To reserve your booth: 

View the 2024 Exhibit Hall floorplan and choose your desired booth(s). Please note that the booths with company names are not available. Booth prices are color-coded by type. Price for each type is listed within the floorplan.

Complete the Online Booth Deposit Form indicating your booth preferences. Payment can be submitted via credit card within the form. If your company will be sending a check, please select the Offline Payment option to receive an invoice.

You will receive a confirmation email from OHIMA within 2 business days that your booth reservation has been received. Watch for email communication later in the year regarding further details about the conference.
