OHIMA 2020 - Attendee Registration with Mailed Payment

You may register online even if you are paying with a check!  If you are mailing a check, it must be postmarked by February 25th for the Early Bird registration rates to apply - plan accordingly. 

If you submit your registration online, registration rates will automatically calculate based on the days you are attending and your member status.  If you are filling out a paper registration form and you have any questions about how much you owe, please contact the OHIMA Central Office.  We are happy to calculate your registration rate before the check is written! 

Complete the Registration Form online or on paper - online is preferred!  If you are submitting your registration form online and mailing payment separately, choose the "Invoice Me" pay option. 

Mail your payment to the below address.  Ensure that the attendee name is listed clearly on the check or check stub!  Include your paper registration form if you didn't register online.
