In order to qualify for the OHIMA Member rate, you must be a 2021 Active AHIMA/OHIMA Member. Other discounted registration rates (Student, Emeritus, New) are based on your AHIMA/OHIMA member status. If you have questions about your member status or believe that your member status is incorrect in your OHIMA profile, please contact the OHIMA Central Office

If you wish to renew your membership or join AHIMA/OHIMA to take advantage of discounted registration rates, please join AHIMA and indicate Ohio as your state association. Then, contact the OHIMA Central Office to have our system updated immediately and see discounted registration rates applied.


Registration is now fully online (paper registration forms are no longer available). Credit cards, debit cards and checks are accepted forms of payment for registration. Your registration is NOT complete until we receive your payment. Early Bird registration rates are available through February 10, 2021. If paying by check, your check must be postmarked by February 10th in order to take advantage of the Early Bird rates. This still applies if your employer is mailing the check! Plan accordingly. If you prefer to go back and pay with a credit card, you can click the link within your open invoice that was emailed to you with your registration confirmation.

Bulk Registrations
*If possible, please have individuals submit their registrations online. Invoices will automatically be created for each registration. Then mail a check (include the names of registrants) or contact the OHIMA Central Office to make a bulk payment with a credit card. If it is not possible for individuals to submit their registrations online, please contact the OHIMA Central Office to make alternate arrangements. 



Registration fees will be refunded less a $25 processing fee if notice is received by February 12, 2021. Cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund. 


You will receive an email with instructions on how to access the Virtual Conference in our platform, Whova, before the event begins on February 22nd. Make sure you enter your email address correctly in registration!

The OHIMA 2021 Virtual Conference will launch with live streamed General Sessions and networking opportunities from February 22–24, 2021. General Session recordings, pre-recorded breakout sessions, and the virtual Trade Show will be available to conference attendees February 22 through March 31, 2021.
