Salary Survey of HIM Professionals in Ohio

OHIMA is proud to announce our 2022 Salary Survey! This survey is designed to collect and report data among credentialed HIM professionals in Ohio in order to analyze trends and factors driving compensation in our state. In order to make this report meaningful, we need 1000 participants to report their salary and job information. Your survey response is completely confidential and all data will be analyzed by our third-party consultant, Kevin Whorton of Whorton Research. The survey should take about 10-12 minutes to complete. To participate, check your email inbox for an email from OHIMA containing your personalized survey link. The original email was sent on March 9, 2022. The final report will feature compensation by position and measure how pay varies within Ohio by region, gender, race, education level, years of experience, and employer type and size. Your individual response will help us deliver the most accurate data possible. In return for your participation, you will receive the final report for free. All survey participants will also be submitted into a drawing for one of three $50 gift certificates. If you have credentialed HIM professionals reporting to you, please also encourage them to fill out the survey using the personalized survey link in their inbox (do not forward them your link)!
