The OHIMA20 Virtual Conference will consist of recorded presentations that you can watch at your convenience within the next few months.  Access instructions will be sent to registered attendees by Monday, March 23rd. (If you registered for the in-person Annual Meeting, then you are automatically registered for the Virtual Conference.)



The OHIMA Annual Meeting & Trade Show hosts the largest state association health information show in the country year after year - averaging 900 HIM professionals each year! One-third of those who attend are employed in a management or consulting position — the qualified buyers and decision-makers who are interested in your products and services. OHIMA show attendees are looking for solutions in areas such as coding products, services and software, electronic health records, revenue cycle management, workflow, education, document management, privacy solutions, imaging ... just to name a few!

Booth assignments are first-come, first-served. Reservations can be submitted via the online booth reservation. Prior to reserving your booth, please be sure to view the current 2020 floor plan for available booths. You can also view photos of the exhibit space. The exhibit fees include your booth space with back/side drape; 7" x 44" company identification sign; 6-foot skirted table, 2 chairs and a wastebasket; complimentary continental breakfast and lunch; company listing in exhibit directory and event app; electronic database of pre-show registrants along with the final list post-show, and MUCH MORE! The full Exhibit Hall is open Monday and Tuesday. A limited number of exhibitors who wish to market their products and services to Coding Day attendees will be allowed to set up a tabletop display on Wednesday morning.

OHIMA will advertise the full Exhibitor Demo Schedule in attendees' meeting materials so they can visit your booth at the appropriate time!
