OHIMA 2026 Annual Meeting & Trade Show

This year’s theme for the OHIMA 2026 Annual Meeting & Trade Show, “From Buds to Blooms: Growing HI Together", reflects our commitment to professional growth, innovation, and stronger industry connections. Join us for an unforgettable experience from March 9-11, 2026 at The Ohioan Hotel & Event Center (formerly known as Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center), just north of Columbus, Ohio. This event offers a rich environment to plant new ideas and cultivate lasting partnerships. Attend all 3 days to earn up to 17 CEUs. It’s time to dig in and grow your skills at OHIMA26! We have a variety of topics to give you the tools to cultivate your expertise and watch your professional potential bloom. Sow new knowledge, nurture connections, and leave ready to bloom in your HI career at OHIMA26! EDUCATIONAL CEUs Monday: 5 AHIMA CEUs * Attendees can claim up to 2 additional AHIMA CEUs for spending time in the Exhibit Hall.See the AHIMA Recertification Guide for details. * Relevant AHIMA CEUs are accepted by AAPC and ACDIS - verify eligibility requirements through each organization's website. * All AHIMA CEUs obtained through OHIMA count towards AHIMA's 40% requirement which states "a minimum of 40% of CEUs are required to come directly from AHIMA resources and/or Component Associations." OHIMA is a component association of AHIMA. Attendees can find CEU information on each educational session's description in the agenda. Attendance will be tracked onsite. Once the conference closes, OHIMA will upload your CEUs into your OHIMA profile. In your OHIMA profile, attendees can download or save a CEU report from OHIMA26. Please note that attendees will still need to enter OHIMA26 CEUs in your AHIMA CEU Center (they will NOT transfer automatically). Any questions - contact the OHIMA Central Office.
All attendees will navigate OHIMA26 using the conference platform, Whova. Attendees will use Whova for the agenda, presentation handouts, exhibit hall directory and map, discussion boards, etc. Attendees will receive an email with access instructions on how to download and access OHIMA26 in Whova on March 3rd. If you don't receive this email, contact [email protected] for assistance.

A block of rooms has been reserved for March 8, 2026 - March 11, 2026 for the OHIMA 2026 Annual Meeting & Trade Show at the conference hotel - The Ohioan Hotel & Event Center (formerly known as the Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center), nestled in the vibrant area just north of Columbus, Ohio (100 Green Meadows Drive S, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035). Reserve your hotel room by Friday, February 5th to take advantage of the discounted room rate of $197/night. Reservations received after February 5, 2026 or after the room block has been filled are subject to availability. Beware of fraudulent housing claims by using our link or calling the hotel directly (614-880-4300).
Keep in mind when registering that this conference is in-person (there is no virtual option to attend). REGISTER to attend OHIMA26 and choose which days to attend! Attend all three days of OHIMA26 to earn up to 17 AHIMA CEUs* (*relevant AHIMA CEUs are accepted by AAPC and ACDIS - verify eligibility requirements through each organization's website). Professional OHIMA Members who register for all three days will receive a $60 discount! This discount does not apply to other already discounted member categories (Student, Emeritus). Register by February 19th to take advantage of discounted Early Bird registration rates. Credit cards, debit cards and checks are accepted forms of payment for registration. Your registration is NOT complete until we receive your payment. Registration must be received AND payment must be postmarked by February 19th for the Early Bird registration rates to apply. Registration rates online will automatically calculate based on the days you are attending AND your member status. The Pre-Registration deadline is February 26, 2026.

CANCELLATION POLICY & DISCLAIMERS
Registration fees will be refunded less a $25 processing fee if notice is received by February 24, 2026. Cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund. Speakers/sessions may be subject to change without notice. If the conference must go virtual due to federal, state, or local regulations, then the registrations of attendees will be transferred to virtual automatically. Important notice about COVID-19: Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and OHIMA cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while attending the event. By registering to attend OHIMA26, you agree to follow OHIMA's safety policies, as well as local, state and federal laws and restrictions. You also release OHIMA of liability and assume the risk of attending. |
