Engage with Attendees Throughout the Conference

Dedicated exhibit hours are designed to maximize face-to-face interaction and create meaningful opportunities for exhibitors and attendees to connect. 

• The Exhibit Hall will be open Monday (March 8) and Tuesday (March 9).
  
  
• Additional exhibitor engagement opportunities will be available on Wednesday (March 10) to a limited number of exhibitors. Wednesday participation can be reserved on a first come, first served basis in January.
  
  
• Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to participate in the popular Vendor Showcase, which will take place shortly after the Exhibit Hall closes on Tuesday. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
  
• We make every attempt to maximize your exposure by offering creative ways to increase traffic to your booth, such are our Exhibit hall game for attendees, Breakfast, Lunch, Monday Reception, Coffee Breaks and Tuesday Happy Hour.

Booth Size: 10' wide x 6' deep

Booth assignments are first-come, first-served. Reserve early for the best selection.

• Company identification sign (7" x 44")
• 6-foot skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, back and side drapes
